James Paprocki is an Associate Attorney at Shea Aiello, PLLC. James graduated from Kalamazoo College in 2018, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Political Science. After graduation, James earned his Juris Doctor from University of Wisconsin Law School in 2021.
During law school, James focused on business and corporate law. Each winter, he volunteered at the local Volunteer Income Tax Assistance clinic to help low-income and elderly people file their taxes. James participated in the 2021 Duke Interscholastic Transactional Law Competition, in which his team won the best draft of a stock purchase agreement award and best overall team. James was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in March 2022.
James currently concentrates his practice on Estate Planning at Shea Aiello, PLLC. James helps clients achieve their Estate Planning goals by preparing Trusts, Wills, and Powers of Attorney documents.
Outside of work, James enjoys playing and watching basketball, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends.
